We all realize how important healthy foods are in our overall wellbeing. However, it is sometimes overwhelming for people to prepare new recipes. Thats what the Transitioning to Living Cuisine (TLC) program is all about - creating tasty and nutritious foods in a fast and easy way!
Life is too short to spend time doing without or worrying about what we are missing. My motto is, “Never give up anything, until we’ve found something more delicious to replace it with.” This program will open your mind and heart to healthy alternatives, by exciting your sense of taste.
I have been working with many people in the last 6 years to help them transition to a healthier lifestyle. Some have attended my weekly class for 2 years before they were ready to make their first recipe. Others were ready to go 100% raw after their first class and have never turned back.
We are all on different paths and we need to respect each other for where we are on this journey. The Transitioning to Living Cuisine (TLC) program usually starts off with an initial nutritional consultation to evaluate your life goals and customize your ideal diet.
