Coconut Creme Concentrate and other Coconut Products
I use Thai coconut meat in many of the recipes in our book. I have found that 3-4 Tbsp. of coconut creme is an excellent substitution for the meat of one Thai coconut. It is less expensive than purchasing Thai coconuts and it is much more convenient for those that haven't had much experience opening coconuts.
