The objective of the TLC Program is to assist you in attaining your nutritional goals. The program will help you improve your dietary habits at a pace that works best for you. There is no right or wrong way to improve your health. Everyone must work at the pace that they feel most comfortable and enjoyable. This is not one of those "starvation" meal plans. The majority of people who follow this lifestyle say they have more variety in their diet now then they ever had when eating the SAD (Standard American Diet).
